| Guarantee
We guarantee animals purchased from us are pest-free, sexed correctly, are feeding regularly, and are free of any illness or birth defects/kinks (Any snakes that have any “defects” will be noted in the posting, photographed, and priced accordingly. This includes, anything that may cause complications in breeding.)
Freedom Breeder provides a 48-hour health guarantee.
| Genetics
Freedom Breeder has been producing high-quality ball python morphs for over 30 years. Our YouTube genetics videos have been used by many breeders in the industry to learn how to identify specific genetic traits in morphs because of our expertise, HOWEVER…
1.) Because of the increasing complexity and vast quantity of Ball Python combos, we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of incomplete dominant (co-dom) genes in our reptiles, but do our best to identify each animal individually, and list any possible genetics along with any we are more certain of.
2.) Recessive genetics (homozygous & heterozygous) are always guaranteed.
3.) Gender accuracy is always guaranteed.
| Shipping
We will not ship any live animals until we have confirmed payment and the shipping address with the customer and will only ship to “FedEx Ship Center” locations as “hold-for-pickup”. Shipping will only occur during proper weather conditions and once he shipping date is scheduled and confirmed with the customer.
We ship Monday – Wednesday via FedEx Priority Overnight. Pick up of the reptile must occur within two hours of delivery or guarantees are nullified. If the incorrect shipping information is provided by the customer, guarantees are nullified.
If a ball python is dead-on-arrival, the customer must notify us within two hours of when the reptile was delivered. The “delivery time” is determined by the receipt time FedEx provides online of the delivery. An email with a photo of the exact ball python must be received by Alex (whom conducts our ball python sales) within this time frame or all guarantees are nullified.

We are no longer exporting live reptiles outside the continental United States.
| Payment
Payment must be received in full before shipment or delivery of any animals. We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Cards, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. All sales are final.
| Returns
Freedom Breeder does not accept returns on live animal purchases unless the Ball Python was DOA or violated our animal guarantee.
| African Imports
African import animals only guarantee live arrival.
