    Description

This rack is made of J4 Stainless Steel, no rust… ever.

The Rodent 824-20 rack was initially designed to be used for small grow out rat colonies. It is perfect if you don’t need the capacity offered by our holding pens, or if you want to organize your rodents. This rack is also great for African soft furs, hamsters, or rats if you want to give your breeding colonies a little extra room.

This rack is the larger racking system than the Rodent 824-20. With a larger tub size, you will now be able to fit more rodents to breed. Great for colony breeding.

This rack is compatible (Stack-able) with the Rodent 44-5832-40, 721-80 and 714-90.

This rack is used in the Freedom Breeder Systematic Cycle for breeding rats. The Rodent 824-70 is where you would raise up your Pups to Smalls with their mother/s. After the pups are raised up to smalls you will move them into the Rodent 44-4 or Rodent 44-5. Using the “Holding Pens” Rodent 44-4 and Rodent 44-5 would be the final step of the Freedom Breeder Systematic Cycle and would be where you pull your Large females you raised up from smalls or your breeder females you put in here to recover from their previous breeding cycle. (It is not recommended to place a group of breeder males together.)
