Our FB20 tub is most commonly used as a grow out tub for juvenile ball pythons until they are roughly 1200g and are ready to move up to an FB40 or FB70 adult tub. This tub can be used for multiple species of reptiles, but is also widely used for rodents. Once baby rats have grown too large (with mother) in the FB10 or FB10-5 maternity tubs, this is a great tub to use as a grow out tub (with 2-3 mothers and their litters) until the babies are fully weaned and have become small rats – ready to be taken away from the mothers.
