 FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions
 Q. What methods of payment do you take on your web site?
 A: At this current time we accept major credit card vendors such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
 Q. Does my rack come assembled?
 A: For the most part yes. When you order a rack we ship via freight on a pallet. The rack comes assembled and the casters and controller can be found in one of the trays. In some of the taller racks we stack them in two smaller stacks to save on shipping.
 Q. When I receive my rack what should I check for?
 A: Although we make every effort to insure your rack arrives in good condition, freight damage does happen. Read all stickers on the packaging and remove the invoice attached to the shrink wrap for your records. Carefully inspect to see if there are any tears on the wrapping and that the pallet is in good condition. Also note if there is any damage done to the rack and have the driver note it on your bill of lading and have him call in the damage. If you accept the package without these precautions it makes it much more difficult for us to receive a settlement on freight claims. If you are unsure contact us for further instructions prior to receiving your package.
