What methods of payment do you take on your web site? | | How do I prevent rodent drinking valves from leaking?
|
| At this current time we accept major credit card vendors such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. | | All of the rodent drinking valves we use are adjustable and serviceable. We ship the drinking valves as we get them from the manufacturer. They are NOT adjusted when they are sent. When you get the rack or level you will need to adjust them. The tips of each rodent drinking valve can be turned to either loosen or tighten the tip. As you loosen the tip the flow will become greater. As you tighten the tip, you can restrict the flow to your needs. In the event that you need to repair or service a tip you can simply loosen the tips until you can remove the tip completely and unclog the tip or put the valve into a solution of bleach or vinegar (some people use CLR) to remove deposits that are affecting the performance of the valve.Make sure to rinse the valve after you do this. If you need to purchase replacement parts or have any other questions call or email us. 209-664-9600. |
Does my rack come assembled? | | When I receive my rack what should I check for? |
| For the most part yes. When you order a rack we ship via freight on a pallet. The rack comes assembled and the casters and controller can be found in one of the trays. In some of the taller racks we stack them in two smaller stacks to save on shipping. | | Although we make every effort to insure your rack arrives in good condition, freight damage does happen. Read all stickers on the packaging and remove the invoice attached to the shrink wrap for your records. Carefully inspect to see if there are any tears on the wrapping and that the pallet is in good condition. Also note if there is any damage done to the rack and have the driver note it on your bill of lading and have him call in the damage. If you accept the package without these precautions it makes it much more difficult for us to receive a settlement on freight claims. If you are unsure contact us for further instructions prior to receiving your package. |
